After I posted my original complaint in https://community.visible.com/t5/Feedback/Complaint-against-online-chat-agent-Mario/idi-p/61367 , I received a voice mail and email with the title 'Visible Care Team Follow Up [Case #07479029]' from Christopher. Following the instructions in the email, I filled out the form on November 17th and expected a callback from Christopher within 1-2 business days. Till today (December 14th, 2024), I have not received any callback from anyone at Visible. Could you please advise how we can move this forward? Thanks a lot!
