I need to contact Corporate to issue a formal complaint regarding my service and the nightmare I have experienced with my service and transfer from my Motorola on my account to a Pixel8a. The Pixel 8a has been a nightmare to set up, data not transferring, settings not transferring and finding where to change settings. I wasted so much time, experienced lack of Mobile Data service, etc. I decided to return my Pixel and go back to my Motorola. This continued the nightmare. I have wasted so much time with this.
Someone in corporate needs to review my account with the numerous chats, phone calls, etc. on my account since 11/27/24 to today, 12/8/24.
I need to be contacted via email since my service is incomplete and I cannot count on receiving calls.
