Hi! Could y’all consider adding support for chatting with customer service via iMessage, please? Specifically, I am referring to using the Business Chat function in iMessage. Sometimes, the website/app can be slow to load and more tedious to use for chatting with customer service. Although messaging via Facebook Message and X/Twitter is convenient, it is not as accessible for customers who do not have accounts with those platforms. Using iMessage’s Business Chat would make messaging customer service very convenient and straightforward for iOS users. Thank you for your consideration!
