Customers who signed up before the new plans were announced should be given an incentive discount on the new plans ($5) to get everyone moved over to the new service. This would replace the PartyPay discount and keep more customers.
I agree. It was disappointing to see that Visible is getting rid of party pay and changing their plans without offering the $5/month paypal discount to existing customers. They will most likely lose me as a customer when this change goes into effect.
I agree they should offer it because they’d still make $15 more per month per customer on visible +.
Based on the chat I just had (I loved the customer service until now), they don’t seem to have adequate staffing. I liked this company but not loyal enough to pay more for the same product with no perks.
