I have been on chat multiple times and the representatives did not assist me after ridiculously long waits. I have wasted way too many hours trying to get what Visible has agreed to give me. Until now I have been pleasant. I finally got a rep to arrange for a supervisor to call me. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL after waiting 45 minutes past the appointment! I decided to write this.

 

I have been told by 2 representatives I would receive my credit and I still have not.  This has gone on since October 1st.  

 

I know the trade off for a cheaper monthly bill is BAD SERVICE but this is ridiculous!

 

If you expect to keep me as a customer, Contact me to resolve this!  I don't personally know anyone using Visible who is happy with your Customer Service. You need to do better.  It is costing you customers.  I know 1st hand of people who cancelled you.

 

Do I need to blast my complaints all over social media to get a response?

I second that emotion! I gave up Visible customer service after committing to paying upfront for a year to get the hot spot. They had no solution for my iPhone 14, which did not connect to anything as a hot spot. When I get close to my year-end (no refunds on pre-payment), I'm so gone from Visible.
