Typically, we are the forgotten farmers out in the country feeding the City folk. Our street address is only used by UPS/FedEx etc. The Post Office (USPS) only delivers to a roadside mail box AS OUR STREET ADDRESS. That box is about 5-miles from the house and is constantly being ratted through by local miscreants.
For that reason, the roadside mailbox is only checked when driving past it and 37 others (neighbors) on the way into town maybe once every 2-weeks. Driving 5-miles to that mailbox daily to check for mail is impossible. Thus, almost everyone out in the Country also has a mailing address of a USPS PO-Box in town.

We live in fear of important, private or personal stuff being delivered to our USPS Street Address (roadside mailbox 5-miles out-of-sight of the home) and our privacy and security being damaged in the process because a business has not considered the PO Box to be a valid mailing address.
By all mean ask for the Street Address for UPS/FedEx delivery. But, PLEASE be better informed on the realities of country life. Not all Visible customers live in Cities with mail delivery to their front door. An in-town USPS PO Box in the country is imperative to the safety of our continued personal information.
Loving the Visible service, performance and pricing, you just need to add that Mailing address option and NEVER send anything via USPS to a country street address. It is not that hard to identify a "Country" address these days and make an account flagged as such.
Please elevate this to someone of authority to consider the urgent importance of this addition.
