You used to be able to text CS. This is useful for someone who is totally blind. With the accessibility issues your app has that you still
haven't fixed this should have been brought back a long ago. It never should've been taken away. You sent a Text message to a number and you were speaking
with Customer service. Please bring this back asap!!!
