Maybe you should request the person sign in BEFORE having them type a long involved message that is lost because your system rejects it because you're not logged in. I spent half an hour explaining a problem I've been experiencing and clicked Post. It then said I needed to be logged in to post messages (I had be logged into my Visible account and didn't know I needed to do a separate login here). When I did log in, I got an error message and my post was lost. I'm not going to bother recreating it... Your phone service seems to work OK, but I'm sooo done with Visible support / website / app. It's really hard to get anything done without spending hours and dealing with constant error messages.
