Activation Issue

Was excited about switching to Visible. My activation failed after porting my phone# and I was charged for my first month of service.
Now I lost my old carrier and have not been successful in getting Visible.
All I get from customer service is be patient you'll be Visible soon?

Yes, where is the solution? Having the same activation issue. Ridiculous that there is no info about when phone will be activated or if your phone# has even been transferred. Is it 5 days, a week, a month or never?
