Welcome to Visible.
When I first tried signing up with Visible, I had an error come up when establishing my account. I had to contact Customer Service through Chat which told me I could try adding a different account through a different email. I did not want to do so, so I had to wait a few days for them to delete the existing "error" account, so I could re-establish the account with the same email. In other words, (at that time, at least) you cannot have more than 1 account per email.
