Anybody having trouble using friend code. Friend gets message - code is not valid or has expired.

I actually had someone random come to me about this issue on a fb posted that I posted with my code in the post, the person just simply told me that my code said it was invalid. I got ahold of support and it wasn’t any issue on my end. The rep said just make sure you enter the code in all “CAPS”!.
