Moto G Stylus 2020

Hi,

 

 I told me friend I would join their party but for some reason when I enter my IMEI the form tells me the Moto G Stylus 2020 isn't supported.  It's a unlocked 4g Verizon-compatible phone and has been working fine on Verizon towers for 2 years.  Can this be made to work with Visible and if not is there a specific reason or it just isn't known if it works?  If it just isn't known is there a way to order a SIM and try it?

Try chatting with support directly, I have seen on the forums where phones are reported as incompatible but when potential customers chat with support, they are suddenly compatible.

First it could be a few reasons.  1 Not all phones work with Visible.  2 As you stated it might not be known if it works.  The sim is free.  You can either check the savings spot board and grab a code and get your first phone for less then a cup of coffee.    You could also trade the phone it is called Visible's swap program or you could purchase a phone from Visible.  The link to the Visible shop is

I can't seem to order a SIM.  Every avenue I take on their website or app asks me for the IMEI and then shuts me down.  Is there another way around it?

Thanks.  I was able to chat with them fairly quickly and they pretty much said that even though my phone works fine with Verizon towers, Visible's system/software doesn't work with it for whatever reason.  Oh well, I tried.
