Visible may not have gotten the block of IMEI numbers from Apple yet for the phone so it may not be in their compatibility database. You did buy an unlocked phone, correct? Only option would be is to contact customer service and ask either by using chat or by sending them a message on Facebook, X, Instagram or on the support page on Reddit.
Also, this has been an issue with most phone that are recently released. It may take a week or more for Visible's database to populate with new IMEI numbers.
