We have 787 (Puerto Rico) area code. Is it possible to transfer to Visible?

It wouldn't be possible since service can only be activated in the US and needs a US billing address. Even though the plus plan is supposed to work in Puerto Rice under roaming the data alone would have unusable speeds after .5GB is used each day.
