Absolutely the worst phone service, with the worst phone, with the worst customer service access

This phone is poorly functioning, designed improperly, slow, and the phone service is weak, sketchy and doesn't exist where other verizon is fine.  Getting on the chat for help is impossible, because you start out 15 or so in line and then by the time you get down to the bottom, the site kicks you off and you have to start over.  I was supposed to get a return label for a new phone and it never came.   Motorola Pure.   Battery sucks and I am a huge Motorola fan.  I have owned about six.  This one is awful.
