Activation

I have a new iPhone 14 purchased from Visible.  I am new to Visible.  I am using the new phone number that Visible provided.  (I do not wish to Port over a phone number from another phone.)  My phone has limited functionality and will not make an outgoing phone call. What is my next step?

Next step would be to contact customer service via chat. Or maybe try Facebook messenger as it was as fast as chat and I didn't have to wait inline for a response. Good luck!
