So.. I paid my $45 bill on May 8th... & on the 10th I decided to finally activate a physical sim I had gotten a month prior from visible.. cause I was having 2FA code problems recieving them.. anyways.. started talking to a agent.. and they started ( Helping me activating my physical sim, however I followed there dirextions.. deleting the old e-sim... then restarted my phone... they are now gone... and I try to sign into my account... and it says Ut Oh! We have a error... It takes about two hours before a agent finally tells me I have a character? Maybe? From paypal? And only a statement can fix it.. for one i havnt used paypal for over 6months.. and definitely didnt use it recently... so that was the first clue that they was just adding issues to weird looking behavior or signs on my account.. like autopayments that failed... anyways... I gave statements from both banks.. I gave screenshots showing my bank telling yall is wrong and there is no disputes or charge backs... I just want my account number and pin so I can go else where... ive been without my permanent work number since the 10th... and ive contacted almost every day multiple times a day... just give me my number back... ๐ worse customer service by far then any carrier imaginable!! Also getting 803 error in calls.. I even have multiple visible accounts... and plan to get rid of them all... I hope they give me MY number... cause they have waisted. Enough of my time.. and took alot away from my livelihood cause of workers not trained properly !! And no tech workers !! Ive been waiting since day 14 for a full report in email etc.. I havnt been contacted 1 time!! Other visible account Give me a call so I can get my account number and pin? Please? Cause im done playing these games with yall!!!!
