Call forwarding

Hi,

Do anyone know how I can change my call forwarding options to go to a different number outside of voicemail? I want to forward all missed calls and rejected calls to a number outside of voicemail. I want to make sure my phone isn't forwarded at all times, only during the listed occasions.

Not sure if this will work for you. It did for me. Even though we are on visible I followed the instructions on Verizon call forwarding and it worked

I tried this solution *718886225555 and it told me to contact visible customer care vs allowing the forwarding..
