This is absolutely ridiculous - just a week or so after the last nightmare, here we go again. And of course absolutely no notification from Visible that there are network issues. Maybe spend less time automating silly community "you've earned a new badge!" emails, and more addressing why this keeps happening. Third month with Visible and i'm just about done.
We're in the same boat. I don't have time for this. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and looking for a national news contact to see if some "push" from authorities can get them moving on this... I was with Verizon for close to 30 years - never had an issue. They are "powered" by Verizon. Something is missing, clearly.
