Can visible send renewal texts at a time when your not sleeping? not at midnight?

Wondering who thought it would be a good idea to text someone at midnight about renewing your plan?

I got a renewal text at 12:03 AM Friday that woke me up.  Any suggestions as to who I could discuss this with?

Customer service but since it is a system automation I don't think they are going to change for one person. A couple things you can do. One is block any and all texts from Visible. If that is not an option, if you have an Android phone set up DND(do not disturb) for the hours you sleep, I have it set up on my phone for 11pm to 7am, if you are concerned about getting notifications from family you add them to a list that will bypass this feature. If you have an iPhone I don't know how or if you would have an option for DND. Not sure if there is a way to opt out of text notifications or not. I am on autopay and never get a text, only an email and I don't have email notifications turned on so I won't get notified of all the spam emails that I get.

For iPhone users, a Do Not Disturb schedule is programmable under >Settings >Focus >Do Not Disturb.
