I had a 2.5 hours troubleshooting chat with visible this morning to connect Pixel 4 watch.  The issue was elevated and they will be contacting in 4-24 hours.  I have a case number.  Just realized I provided the wrong IMEI.  Also, when I checked IMEI validator on the visible site,    the IMEI was not active.  Most likely the problem.  How can I add this new information to my case?  I tried to initiate a chat, but would not take the new information.    I heart Visible.

You are likely trying to get the information added while still chatting with the chat bot. My suggestion would be to answer something else to the question and when you get a text box type agent, it should ask if you want to speak to an agent. Give them the case number and give them the correct IMEI number.
