Duplicate SIM?

Hello.

I am experiencing issues with service.

 

This number has worked for about six months without issue, but have begun to have problems within the last 2-3 months. It seemed like a fluke at first but became more frequent as time went on. Sometimes the phone will ring through, sometimes it doesn't. When it does ring and you let it go to voicemail, it goes to someone else's voicemail (sounds like an Asian mans voicemail). I am also not able to get into my voicemail now as it requires a PIN/password, which I have never set up. 

 

The SIM has been tried in three different phones, with the same issues following the SIM. All phones are updated and current in terms of system operating software. All the phones have been used on the Visible network with other SIMs and worked without issue. The phones tried were two different Android and one iPhone.

I am gathering your are using a pSIM(a card) and not eSIM. Either one you should be contacting Visible customer service and get this straightened out. If it is a physical SIM card they can have customer service issue you a new one, you will lose service until the new one arrives. If it is eSIM you should be able to download a new one, I don't use eSIM so not sure how it works. Best bet is to contact Visible but chat or by send them a message on Facebook, X, or Instagram. I prefer the latter options over chat as an will send you a link to a direct chat and there is no waiting in queue like the chat on the app/website.
