Existing account new phone purchased elsewhere - can I swap moto G sim to Pixel 7a?

I'll be replacing my Moto G Power (2022) with an unlocked Pixel 7a purchased elsewhere. Can I swap sim into new phone?

If not, what should I do?

It looks like an eSim is an option. Not sure if I want that.

Just move the card and it should be good to go.
