Trying to apply the 60ff12 after signing up, but it won't let me

You need to apply it at the time of signup. If you failed to apply it at signup, once you've signed up you are an existing customer - the offer isn't available to existing custormers.

This frequently occurs with new customers. contact customer care and they'll generally apply it if you forgot.
