Fraudulent payment by card of non customer

My debit card account was fraudulently used on 4/17/25 for $25.  I am not a customer nor have I ever been.  If I could find out the phone number associated with my card, I could determine if someone I know could have stolen my card and I could proceed with contacting law enforcement.

 

I have contacted my bank informing them of the situation.  They will be in touch as well.

This is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. You would need to contact Visible customer by chat at visible.com by going to the help tab and tapping the blue box bottom right, answer some of the questions with the chat bot and when you get a dialog box type agent. You can also contact them by messaging them on Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit. I am not sure if they can do much on releasing information on another persons account though, that would be a breach of protocol on security and/or privacy. You should be contacting your credit card company and reporting the fraudulent charge and ask for a card replacement with a new number.
