HELP!!!! - No Phone Service or APP access after Porting confirmation Email

Hello There,

 

I received an email confirmation that my Skype number had been ported successfully to Visible earlier today - 28-APR-25.

I can see that my eSIM has updated to the new number ported in but I have no service.

 

ERROR MESSAGE #1 - When people try to call me they get an error message that states “The number you have dialed has calling restrictions that has prevented completion of this call’. 

Additionally, since  I got the email confirmation, I have been unable to login to the Visible website or app.

 

ERROR MESSAGE #2 - When I try to login to the app, I get an error message that states “The information you entered does not match what we have on file”.

 

ERROR MESSAGE #3 - When I try to access the Live Chat support function within the app, I can’t reach Visible Support either because I keep getting an error message that states "Sorry I'm having trouble connecting you with an agent right now. Please try again later".

 

I am travelling internationally at the moment so this issue is of particular concern.

 

Please advise urgently.
