CNAM lookup: https://apeiron.io/cnam
Added posted response from Josh @Apeiron regarding their CNAM lookup tool:
"The [Apeiron] CNAM lookup is a dip directly from the the local service provider that is responsible for the CNAM storage entry. We don't store anybody's data, its a live dip the same way that most networks will do when they receive a call from your calling number (i.e. what shows up when you call someone else’s phone).. ." https://www.reddit.com/r/Visible/comments/n3wm5r/comment/gwxun5n
Your phone number caller id may even be showing someone else's name if you just got the number and it belonged to someone else in the past.
With the new STIR/SHAKEN thing going into effect 6/30/2021 to combat caller id spoofing and scams, you may want to fix your caller id. People may be more inclined to answer your call if they see it's you as opposed to "wireless caller". I for one won't answer an unknown caller if I see it's 'city/state' or random jumbled characters.
Checked caller id here, noticed it showed the 'city/state' as the caller id. I had this number since 2017, and ported it into Visible.
Did the online chat, had them fix the CNAM. Checked the next day, now it shows the name I requested.

I chatted with Visible Support this evening to update my Caller ID because I would also like people who don't have me in their Contacts to know who's calling when I call. I was a little taken aback when I made the request and Support Rep asked me for a list of numbers that I've recently called. I found this to be an invasion of privacy and I asked why this information was needed. I was told, "We are very secure with the phone information so we guarantee 100% that we do not give that information to any third parties. In order for them to change the caller ID they need this type of information." This makes no sense to me... Doesn't Visible already have access to my call logs? Can't they look this information up and do this tracing without me having to provide it? So I responded that I used the website above to find out that "Wireless Caller" is what appears when I enter my phone number in the site (https://apeiron.io/cnam). The Rep again tried to assure me that they didn't give the information to 3rd parties. "The technicians only need it for programing and not anything else so do not worry about any other issue." I questioned this requirement still not understanding how a previous number would help a technician change my caller ID and was told, "...we need those calls for tracing and seeing exactly how is your caller ID programed in connection with your device." So I asked for a copy of the policy or operational requirement that says Visible needs telephone numbers of people I've called to change my Caller ID. I even asked the Rep for his phone number. I said I would call it... He doesn't have to answer, but he could see what my Caller ID showed and then put his own number in the ticket. He didn't seem amused. So to complete the order, I gave the Rep a number, just a single number. It so happens to be the cellphone number of one of the other people in my Visible Party. Since it's already "known" to Visible, I figured, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Only then did the Rep create a ticket for me and he said that I should get a response in 24 hours letting me know about the status of the request. Needless to say, I requested a copy of the policy or operational requirement that says Visible needs telephone numbers of people I've called in order to change my Caller ID. The Rep said he would add that to my ticket. I'm sure the technicians will have no idea what to do with that part of my request. I'm curious to see how Visible responds to my privacy requirement question and will update here what response I get. I'm sure I can't be the only person who finds this odd and an invasion of privacy. Why do the technicians need to "trace" anything...? Can't they just use the website named in the original post to see what caller ID name is tied to my cell number? That's what I'm going to do.

They asked me for a number that showed the caller id being "city/state", basically I already knew the CNAM was empty and showing only city/state, or 'wireless caller', so I l knew any number would suffice. I gave them my GV, my Tmobile, my wife's AT&T Tracfone...basically the two other carriers and Google. The next day it was showing the requested CNAM.

Do you know if the CNAM is enable in Visible by default or we have to request it?
It seems my account does not show any NAME associated with the number from the above databases.
I know that since I still have my AT&T line that has my CNAM name and my name is visible to the person I called to.
