How do I start international calling on my phone?

I believe you start by dialing the country code then the phone number. It also depends on what plan you are on, base and plus only allow calling and texting to Canada and Mexico, the Pro allows calling to 85+ countries.

From looking at the options I believe that I have to be on the Visible Plus Pro Plan with Global Pass. Any comment would be appreciated.

If you are trying to call from the US to one of the 85+ countries, yes, as I mentioned above you would need to be on the plus pro plan since the base and plus only allow calling to Canada and Mexico. No, you do not need Global Pass, that is for international travel to be able to use cellular data. Global Pass is for when you are traveling outside the country and is needed to connect to cell service if you are in a country that is available to use in.

Edit: I also want to add that I am not an employee of Visible and just another customer. I do not fully understand Global Pass or how international calling works as I have not used either.
