This is not a very big community forum and not many people visit throughout the day. I am one of a few that try to answer these questions. If you want a bigger base of people to answer might want to try Visible's Reddit page instead. By posting to this forum you are only posting to other customers since Visible doesn't visit these pages. With the low number of visitor or the few of us that answer we would need to know the answer in order to reply.
There really is no fast way to contact Visible customer service. Quickest way I know to contact Visible is message them on Facebook or their support page on Reddit, response time for me is usually less than 10 minutes, normally within 3 to 5 minutes. Depends on how many people are waiting in queue on chat it may take about as much time. For chat though you start by chatting with a bot, to bypass the bot the quickest after opening chat go to the bottom and select something else, a box pops up type agent, then select none of these options at the bottom, then click agent assistance at the bottom on the next page, it should put you in queue for chat but depending how many people are inline waiting would determine wait time to get an agent. I prefer FB or Reddit because sometimes you can get booted from chat queue if you are not monitoring the page constantly. Visible doesn't have a phone number to call but they have done callbacks if the issue you have is persistent or they can't fix it through normal channels.
To somewhat answer your question from yesterday about hotspot. Just be aware that it does goes against Visible's terms and conditions to use service as a whole home internet replacement. As for connecting to the print via hotspot I don't know if it is possible.
