please answer my question about the sim card please... I don't want to be charged for something i have not used yet. I hope this is not how you work. I'm trying to find my order with you . If you can not find my order I'll take my business else where.

You can't reach customer service through this forum. In order to get your question answered you would need to contact them either through chat, Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM.

 

You normally do not get billed until you activate the SIM card once you get it.
