For several weeks now, my service has been gradually getting worse until it eventually became just about unusable. Can't even send an iMessage reliably. For hours a day I've had zero connectivity whatsoever, and when it did work, pings could take upwards of 30 seconds (not ms, half of an entire minute) and my browser would time out before it even loaded enough of a page to show. But the minute I caught a wisp of remotely stable service and put in that promo code I got for the premium plan, my service went from worthless to fantastic. Hmmmmmm.
Look. I don't expect top-notch speeds on the cheap plan. Plus I live in the sticks. But getting zero service at all for hours and hours a day is completely unacceptable. I was willing to blame the bad service on recent storms in my area, but seeing such an immediate and drastic difference I just know I'm getting screwed now. I'm not thankful at all for the freebie except for the fact it opened my eyes to what a crock this is. You will not catch me paying full price when that promo expires, I'll be using the three months of actually-usable service you gave me to find another carrier.

I am not sure what provider works in your area best and move there.
you mentioned of recent storms so may be the issue you face could be temporary.

first I understand your frustration, however chat with CS and let them know what happened or submit feedback on the suggestion forum. I agree this shouldn't be the experience but for the most part Visible service is good and reliable.
