If you take your iPhone to a Verizon store with a visible account, can you get help from the Verizon store or are you all on your own?

Unfortunately, no. Verizon won’t be able to help. The best way I’ve found to contact Visible is via Twitter, or Reddit. You can also use Facebook Messenger.
