Welcome to the Visible Community! Chat only, and my experience has been that when the chat begins with Visible's Digital Assistant, my first reply to any question with multiple choices is "None of these" and I am usually directed to an agent. Alternatively, you could just reply with "I wish to chat with an agent" or something similar.
