I bought an unlocked Galaxy S21+ 5G from Best Buy two months ago and an using it in Verizon. I would like to switch to VISIBLE but the IMEI is not recognized. The CHAT was not very helpful. Just said that is how it is. I find it pretty hard to believe that anyone that wants to bring a Galaxy S21+ 5G to VISIBLE is being told the same thing. Especially when VISIBLE is selling the same identical phone unlocked. I suspect that the IMEI list is not being updated in a timely manner. The phone is a US model not some grey market off shore item. Anyone have a similar frustration with new flagship phones?

No, my Galaxy S21+ 5G (Model number SM-G99U1) is still showing as incompatible. I suspect they want to sell you the same phone. If so that would be pretty dirty pool. And no response to this queation from a moderator of this community. I guess they do not want your or my business. Sad.
