What answers are you looking for. There is terms and conditions on the website. Visible is a prepaid service owned by Verizon. Hotspot is unlimited but throttled 5Mbps for the base plan, 10Mbps for the plus plan and 15Mbps for the Pro plan. Basic plan has no priority data, Plus and Pro plans are unlimited priority data, none of the plans have a data cap.
