New Plans and old discounts

I currently have the Visible+ Legacy2 plan ($45 plan with $15 discount through 02/2027) using the SWITCH25 code).  I was looking at moving up to the new Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan, but I’d only want to do that if I can keep my current discount.  When I check online, it looks like I can’t make that switch myself, but is this something that I can do through support, or will I lose that discount is I change to one of the new plans?

Go through the process of switching plans, select the plan you want and the preview next month's payment to see ff the promo carries forward. If it does, screen capture everything before submitting the switch request in the event it's not carried forward later on. at last chek some were still having difficulties switching and keeping the old promo and requires some manual intervention by Visible care.

I have the same promo but my preview payment is clearly wrong (i.e. it goes to negative $10 per month for Visible+ Pro and negative $20 for Visible + due to application of a non-existent Bring a Friend credit - not a referral credit - even then the minimum payment should be $5) so haven't switched yet. Supposedly Visible is still working on some bugs and has yet to clarify when a promo and for what promos pricing will carry forward.

From my understanding if you make a lateral move from the one of the old plus plans to the new plus you will not retain the promo, I believe it is considered a downgrade with the 3 plans now. But, if you opt for the plus pro plan you should retain the promo. If you do not retain the promo when upgrading to the plus plan you can contact customer service and they should apply it to the new plan.
