My Apple Ultra 2 is NOT connecting at all. And I paid a full year in advance for cellular service. Can you please help me. I did everything it said. My plan has my watch active, but my watch does NOT have service or is it connected.

I have, its a known issue, and I'm waiting on a return for call, but so far missed 1 day. So I am still waiting to hear back.

The reason this person is in a peer to peer forum is because THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS VISIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like you didn’t already know that. Thanks for your worthless input.

No service on Ultra 3 here. I too paid for annual service. I’ve tried multiple times. From what I’ve read, Visible doesn’t care and won’t help. Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me.
