When I call someone an incorrect name displays to the receiver. How do I get my name in the system

You will need to contact customer service. They need to put in a ticket to get this fixed. If the agent says that can't be done ask for another agent or supervisor that can. I had the same issue when I started year before last, ID showed cellular caller or something like that. I contacted them and got it changed. Another customer recently had the same issue but customer service said they couldn't do it, they can you just need to find the one that knows how. If you don't want to spend time in chat try using Facebook messenger and just check in whenever you get a chance no need to wait in line. Twitter is also an option but I never had any luck.
