This is a request, but because I purchased an unlocked Galaxy S21 directly from Samsung's store, I do not have RCS features in the Samsung Messages app. I do have them in Google Messages, but I wanted to try out RCS in Samsung ideally so I can use the benefits on my other Samsung devices.
I spoke to Samsung Support, they can't do anything about it on their end. Visible needs to support RCS for unlocked devices.
