Will our Visible phones be of any use in Italy? Are we able to purchase service?

Visible service does not work Italy. However the phones should work with a local sim card.

No Visible won't work there.  I don't know of any company that will.  If your phone is unlocked and you purchased  a sim card from a company over there you could use it.  If your on Vacation enjoy it  phone free lol.
