In the last 5 days I have these pop-up ads about cleaning up phone, storage full; doing exercises; buying weight control pills, etc. I want to stop them from interfering when I am texting, or my navigation map.
If these are popup ads and not texts or emails then there is an app on your phone that is causing this. Could even be Google ads from Google services if you are using an Android phone and are signed into Google. Those can be stopped by changing preferences in your Google account.
