I switched to Visible from Verizon. The problem is I now have a primary and secondary line on the SE iPhone 2020, 2nd generation, (is compatible with Visible) which are the same number so incoming messages can be split between contact and unknown sources. Problem is the primary one still has Verizon network. Only the secondary one has Visible. How do I correct this problem? Visible canceled the Verizon account as expected. There were no apparent problems during installation. I have used their on-line support and supposedly was finally transferred to a live agent. Agent never came on-line to chat. HELP!

Not an iPhone user but believe you need to delete the eSIM for Verizon. If you have eSIM for Visible and a pSIM for Verizon remove the card and throw it in the garbage since you don't have that line at Verizon anymore.

If you are having issue with chat online try messaging them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit.
