I'm currently on an annual charge for my visible service, how can I switch to a monthly charge instead for the future? What are the procedures needed? Thank you.

I think you may have to wait until the next renewal. I don’t think you would receive refund for the unused time period of the yearly payment.
this is part of terms of service agreement. They give you discount on yearly for this lock in period.
