Ordered a new phone and financed through Affirm. I tried to cancel the order the same day. I stayed up until 2am to get through your chat forum. Was told, I couldn’t cancel the order. I was ask “who said I could cancel an order” for me, ever company has the ability to cancel orders. They said just to refuse the shipment. Which I did. I got Fed Ex return receipt and started chat with Visible. I have spent over 5 hours of chat and much more time, just waiting for a chat to open. Now it’s been over a month, no refund, no one willing to actually use some common sense. Now Affirm is asking for payment for something, I never received. How can you continue to do business, with such terrible reviews.
