Visble service gone to pot. old phone compatible but not newer phone? S8 plus has worked over 3 years. need to upgrade to phone that would work with hearing aids. got unlocked note9. now the imee check says note 9 not compatible. have been on chat waiting for over 3 hours. service definitely TERRIBLE NOW
