Visible is not to be trusted

So here I am thinking pre paying my account for the year will be a great idea. Wrong 
Someone had access to my account cancelled my account with visible and several other subscriptions to get money refunded into their account when I asked visible to restore my account that I literally payed for in Feb 3 it’s not even April 3rd yet and my account is cancelled fyi.

they inform me they “verified me” and I cancelled my own account and in order to restore my account I have to pay the full amount I payed back in February.

want to know how they “verified me”?! 
by asking is this Juliette ?

are you serious that’s how you verify someone ? More like visible defrauded me 

but I guess that’s how they keep there business afloat defrauded customers

your better off going to Verizon directly or  even cricket is better then visibles bs

This shouldn't be possible, as my understanding, also having just paid a year in advance, you can not get refunded for an annual plan.  Your advance payment is how you get the discount.  Going to the FCC can help you, maybe also the BBB.
