Why is a phone that is compatible with Total Wireless and Verizon, is not Compatible with Visible?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G. Visible IMEI checker says it's not compatible. I have had the phone on Total Wireless (Verizon Network) since 04/2021.
