Hello, I would like to cancel my order. I intended to order eSIM, but I accidentally ordered a physical SIM. My order number is

I just completed a new order and could swear there was an option to cancel it prior to shipping if you logged into your account.
You can always switch to an eSIM after activating the physical SIM - the app does provide that option. This assumes your phone does in fact support both eSIM and physical (some iPhones only support eSIMs now).
Otherwise, log into your account and initiate a chat at https://www.visible.com/help/connect - when you get the AI robot (Connai) choose help with activation and specify cancel - it'll probably get you to a live agent quickly.
