What's up bud? If you're having trouble logging into Visible's website, I recommend you try the app (most updated version) and vice versa. I've had been unable to log on a few times during my time with the service, and that's worked for me. The way to authentication "handshake" works, strict browser or device security settings may work against you, as well. You could try temporary disabling them if needed. Good luck!
