I switched to Visible a few months ago. We live in a fairly big city. We have almost slow datano data.slow data Speedtest does not even register any speed. Even to get to speedtest site, I have to use wireless connection, turn wifi off and then test the speed. On good days, I get close to 1 mbps.
Opened a case with Visible and after a few days, nothing. Reached out again and it was 'escalated' to critical. Still nothing. Not sure what to do short of cancelling the service. Any suggestions on how to address the issue are welcome.
